Patty’s current focus is finding local organizations to help with. Supporting the LGBTQ community is very important to her because of having a son who's trans.

“Having one of my children come out to me, made it that much more important for me to support and give back to those communities and also to support other youth that may not have the support in their lives and to help support other parents who may have maybe in the earliest stages of going through something similar,” she exclaims.

Youth First and PFLAG are the organizations that Patty is currently most involved in.
